The Board Room is ideal venue for holding business meetings, training courses or product launches and accommodates up to 20 guests board room style and 35 guests theatre style.
The Fraser Room is our prestige function room with spectacular views of world heritage listed Fraser Island and the Great Sandy Straits along with water front harbour scenery. This well appointed room has a capacity of 140 caberet style, 160 theatre style and 200 for cocktails.
The Marloo Room is the largest of our 3 function rooms catering for live shows, exhibitions, trade shows and reunions. With seating for up to 350 guests theatre style and 500 guests cocktail style this may be just the room you are looking for.
The Board Walk Lower Deck overlooking the Urangan Marina, Fraser Island and The Great Sandy Straits has the perfect aspect for entertaining, dining or relaxing. The Lower Deck is ideal for private cocktail style functions.
The Hervey Bay Boat Club functions team are professional and dedicated to ensure your Wedding, Birthday, Engagement, Anniversary, Reunion, Christmas Party, Trade Show, Exhibition, Lunch or Dinner Banquet or Corporate catering will be of the highest standards.
