Annual May 8 Ball Competition
This competition is sponsored by the Sportsmen's Pool Club and is open to all players over 18 years of age with players coming from Brisbane, Rockhampton, Tewantin, Maroochydore, Gold Coast, Northern NSW and Hervey Bay. The competition is held on the May Day long weekend each year at the Sportsmen's Club and has a guaranteed prize pool of $5000.
