Notice is hereby given that the 52nd Annual General Meeting of the Hervey Bay Boat Club Inc. will be held at the Club premises, Buccaneer Drive, Urangan on Wednesday 21st September 2022 at 6.30pm.
The Annual Report will be available for members by visiting the Club Reception from Wednesday 14th September 2022. Note: the availability of the completed annual report is reliant on any final audit adjustments having been completed by this date.
Nominations, as displayed on the Club Notice Board close at 5pm on 31st August 2022 and are to be in the hands of the Club Secretary or his delegate.
The agenda for the meeting will be made available to members from 5pm on the 31st August 2022 and can be viewed on the Club Notice Board or a copy obtained from club reception.
The Notice Board located at the premises of the Hervey Bay Boat Club will display all notices and information.
